Overview

Travel/Contract role in Hazard, Kentucky
34-bed Stepdown/PCU unit
Day shift: 3x12 or 4x12, 7:00–19:30
36 hours per week
13-week contract

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Kentucky
Stepdown (2 years of experience)
Stepdown experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
BLS issued by American Heart Association
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License

Preferred

State license copy, if available

Additional Notes

Meditech EMR
Flu vaccine required; declinations are not accepted
Medical and religious exemptions are reviewed case by case
Blocked scheduling cannot be accommodated
Orientation is bi-weekly
Start date is the needed start date
Assignment confirmation must be signed within 24 hours of the offer
Valid driver’s license and coversheet are required in the submission packet, and the address on both must match
