Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech (CST)

Role Overview

Assists in preparing for and during surgery by performing routine and delegated duties according to department and hospital standards to support quality patient care.
Specialty: Surgical Services
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Contract length: 13 weeks

Unit / Schedule

Shift: Night, 4x10 hours
Start times: 21:00–07:30 or 23:00–09:30
Weekends are included in the schedule rotation
On-call required

Required Qualifications

Certified Surgical Technologist (5 years of experience)
Certified Surgical Technologist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
CST or NBSTSA
High school diploma or GED (or equivalent)

Preferred Experience

Experience with vascular, transplant, ophthalmology, spine, robotic, and cardiac cases is ideal
