Job Opportunity: Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics - Travel/Contract

Location: Milford, Massachusetts
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements

• Licensure:

  • Massachusetts (MA) license required at time of submission
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) only

• Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of recent experience in specialty

• Prior Travel Experience:

  • Not explicitly required

Certifications & Competencies

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - AHA only
• BLS (Basic Life Support) - AHA only
• Tech Cert Verification - National (required within 30 days of start)
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam (required for all RNs and LPNs)
• Competency Exam (required as applicable)

Note: Check for any specialty-specific certifications as applicable.

Background & Compliance

• 7-year Criminal Background Check within 30 days of start (all counties lived/worked)
• Annual background check update required for direct candidates
• Massachusetts Statewide (iCORI) Release required and updated annually
• Education Verification of highest completed education required
• Additional background checks as applicable (EPLS/GSA/SAM, HHS/OIG, Sex Offender Search for subcontractors)

Health & Immunization Requirements

• Physical Exam within 12 months of start, including physician statement of fitness without restrictions

• Negative TB or Chest X-Ray with required documentation

• TB Questionnaire required for all candidates

• Immunizations or valid declinations required for:

  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap
  • Rubeola (Measles)
  • Mumps
  • Rubella
  • Hepatitis B
  • Varicella
  • Flu Seasonal Vaccination or Declination (during flu season)
  • COVID-19 vaccination (most recent) or declination

• Drug Testing within 30 days of start (specific panels required)

Declinations may not be accepted for Pediatrics, Maternity, NICU areas.

Documentation & Other Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License or State ID
• 2 professional references within 3 years of start
• Employment application covering 7 years of employment history with explanations for gaps over 30 days
• Skills checklist required prior to start and updated annually as applicable
• Compliance with facility-specific documentation and attestations
