Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (Travel/Contract)

Job Details

Shift: OR - 4x10 hour shifts
Charge Experience: Preferred but not required
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in specialty (Registered Nurse)
Travel Experience: First-time travelers are welcome (no prior travel experience required)
Certifications Required:
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
Scrubs Provided

Required Credentials & Documentation

Valid State License (Primary source verification required)
Background Check (7 years, updated annually)
Education Verification (highest level must be verified)
Drug Testing (Negative 10 Panel within 90 days)
Physical Exam (within 12 months)
Fit Mask Test (within 1 year, must be renewed annually)
Immunizations/Vaccinations:
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap (within 10 years)
- Negative TB test or Chest X-Ray (within 1 year)
- Measles (Rubeola), Mumps, Rubella: Positive titer or 2 vaccines required
- Hepatitis B: Positive titer, series, or declination accepted
- Varicella: Positive titer, 2 vaccines, or physician-documented history required
- Seasonal Flu Vaccine or approved exemption (required during flu season)
- COVID-19 Vaccine (Dose 1 and fully vaccinated) or approved medical/religious exemption (declinations not accepted)

Notes

Some certifications such as PALS, NRP, CHEMO, TNCC, CPI, and Management of Assaultive Behavior may be required as applicable
Prior travel experience is not required for this position

This position is ideal for Registered Nurses with at least 1 year of experience who are open to travel assignments and meet the certification and health documentation requirements.
