Job Opportunity: Radiology / Cardiology - Travel/Contract
Location: Bend, Oregon
Contract Length: 12 weeks (coverage for caregiver out on approved FMLA)
Requirements
Experience
- Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology

- Physical Exam (within 1 year of start)
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap vaccine (within 10 years, given after age 19; declination accepted)
- Negative TB test (PPD, QGold, or TSPOT within 1 year) or Chest X-Ray for positive responders
- TB Questionnaire (updated annually)
- Immunizations or positive titers for:
- Rubeola (Measles)
- Mumps
- Rubella
- Hepatitis B (positive titer required; vaccine series alone not acceptable)
- Varicella
- Drug Testing: Negative 12 Panel Drug Screen within 90 days of start (not required annually)
- Flu Seasonal Vaccination or agency declination/exemption required during flu season (masking required during high transmission)
- COVID Vaccines preferred but not required; vaccine record or declination/exemption required
- Respiratory Safety Clearance (required within 1 year of start and annually)
