Job Overview

• Location: Prineville, Oregon
• Employment type: Travel/Contract
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Shift options: 4x10s Monday–Thursday or 3x12s Friday–Sunday
• Daily caseload: 40 patients
• Weekend schedule: Based on the selected shift
• On-call: Not required
• Floating: May float within scope, but unlikely
• Local candidates: Not accepted within a 75-mile radius
• First-time travelers: Accepted
• Pending state license: Accepted
• RTO limit: 7 total days during the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Oregon
• CT Technologist experience within the last year
• 2 years of CT Technologist experience
• ARRT (CT)

Additional Requirements

• Background check
• EPLS/GSA/SAM check
• HHS/OIG check
• Diploma or transcript on file
• Education verification
• State license verification
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Tdap within 10 years of start
• Negative TB screening or chest X-ray
• TB questionnaire
• Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunity documentation
• Negative 12-panel drug screen within 90 days of start
• Flu vaccination or declination/exemption during flu season
• COVID vaccination record if previously vaccinated, or declination/exemption if never vaccinated
• Respiratory safety clearance
• Annual skills checklist
• Signed facility-specific compliance documents
