Overview

Travel/Contract role in Columbus, Georgia
Day shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00–16:30
40 hours per week
12-week contract
Patient population: Pediatrics to Geriatrics
First-time travelers are accepted
Locals are accepted

Required Qualifications

Nuclear Medicine Technologist (2 years of experience)
Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience within the last year
NMTCB or ARRT (NM)
Experience with Epic

Work Setting / Clinical Details

Performs HIDA scans, Bone scans, Lymphoscintigraphy, Gastric Emptying, Brain Death, Myocardial Perfusion SPECT, I-123 scan/uptake, I-131 Whole body scan, I-131 Ablations (<30 mCi), Renal scans with or without Lasix, and parathyroid studies
Uses Epic, Pyxis, and PACS
May float to do STAT inpatients
Possible call as needed: Monday–Friday 16:00–22:00 and Saturday–Sunday 08:00–22:00, 1–2 days per week and every fourth weekend
No regular weekends, except possible call shifts
RTO maximum: 7 days
Scrub color: Black, Gray, or Purple
