Overview

  • Travel/contract occupational therapy role in home health
  • Start: ASAP
  • Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 5 days per week
  • Facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s
  • First-time travelers accepted
  • Local candidates accepted within a 50–75 mile radius
  • May visit up to 6 patients per day
  • Standard productivity: 30 points
  • Guaranteed hours may be reduced by up to one shift per pay period
  • Assignment length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license in Oregon
  • Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
  • 1 year of Occupational Therapist experience
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association or Heart Stroke Foundation
  • Experience in a Home Health setting
  • Experience with OASIS
  • Own transportation

Schedule and Work Expectations

  • No weekend requirement
  • No on-call requirement
  • No floating between like units
  • Block scheduling not accommodated
  • Occasional daily travel radius may be up to about 60 miles, with 60–90 minutes total drive time

Work Environment

  • Home health setting
  • Business casual attire; scrubs allowed but not required
  • Charting includes EPIC Remote Client for Home Health, Rover, and Oasis

Additional Notes

  • RTO restrictions should be confirmed with the hiring manager
  • Mileage reimbursement is provided at the IRS standard rate
  • Free parking is available
