Overview
- Travel/Contract RN role in Berkeley, California
- Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:30
- 36 hours per week
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit (3 years of experience)
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Proficiency and comfort with neuro patient cases
- Flexible with floating to other units within scope of practice and, depending on need/census, to Summit or Herrick Campus
- EOW and whenever the unit needs coverage
- On call as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred for RN positions
Additional Notes
- Travelers can anticipate about 1.5 hours’ notice before shift start in most cases
- Shuttle provided if floating is requested
