Travel/Contract

Day shift, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

4-6 months

Valid Physical Therapist license in California
Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
Physical Therapist experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Experience in a Home Health setting
Driver's License

Home Health, Wound Care, and Geriatric Home Health patients
Minimum 23-24 visits per week to qualify for a 40-hour guarantee
No weekends
No on-call
Locals accepted within a 50-mile radius
Territory will be discussed during interview, with possible surrounding counties
Mileage reimbursed from first patient to last patient, not to or from home
Charting uses Kinnser/Wellsky and must be completed in clinic
Free parking
Any color scrubs and closed-toe shoes
COVID vaccine required, with religious declination allowed
Flu vaccine may be declined with declination
All requested time off must be submitted at time of application
Compliance may take 2-3 weeks
