Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech (CST)

Role Summary

• Travel/Contract surgical services position in Greeley, Colorado.
• Day shift, Monday through Friday, 7:00–15:00.
• 40 hours per week.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Certified Surgical Technologist license in Colorado.
• Certified Surgical Technologist with 1 year of experience.
• Certified Surgical Technologist experience within the last year.
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• PALS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Background check.
• EPLS/GSA/SAM.
• HHS/OIG.
• Physical exam within 1 year of start.
• Negative TB or Chest X-Ray within 1 year of start.
• Drug screen within 1 year of start.
• Flu seasonal vaccination or declination during flu season.
• Skills Checklist 1.
• 2 professional references within 3 years of start.
• Drivers License/State ID.
• Emergency Contact Form.
• Signed client job description.
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam, as applicable.
• Competency Exam, as applicable.

Preferred

• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support.
• BLS and ACLS preferred from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
• PALS preferred from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.

Specialty Experience

• Orthopedic surgery experience.
• Total joint replacement experience.
• General surgery experience.
• Ophthalmic surgery experience.
• Gastrointestinal surgery experience.
