Hours
- 36 hours per week
Contract Length
- 18 weeks
Schedule Notes
- Weekend shifts are scheduled as needed
- No on-call
- No block scheduling
- 36-hour or 48-hour shifts may be offered; 48-hour shifts apply only to travelers with both Level 1 and travel experience
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience required
- New Mexico RN license; pending license accepted
- ACLS
- BLS
- NIH Stroke Certification
- PALS
- TNCC
- Must work 2 of the 3 holiday bundles
- No locals within 100 miles
Preferred Qualifications
- Level I trauma experience
- Travel experience is strongly preferred
- May be considered with 2+ years of Level I experience
Clinical Expectations
- Emergency Department role with a high volume of admitted patients and admitted holds
- Medication administration, including IV medications, and documentation/communication of clinical findings
- Floating may include Pediatric ED, Adult PCUs, ED Holding, and Trauma as needed
Compliance Notes
- RQI certifications are not accepted
- COVID vaccination is optional
- Greater than 7 days of requested time off requires approval
