LVN / LPN

Role

  • Travel/Contract LVN / LPN in Chicago, Illinois.
  • Backfill assignment.
  • Based at a correctional facility.
  • Unit uses Cerner.

Schedule

  • Day shift, 3x12 hours: 11:00 to 23:30.
  • 36 guaranteed hours per week.
  • Every other weekend, 2 weekends per month.
  • No call.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid LPN / LVN license in Illinois.
  • Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing.
  • Med Surg experience within the last year.
  • 1 year of Med Surg experience.
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Two years recent full-time paid clinical experience in an acute care health facility or ambulatory care facility.

Work Expectations

  • Floating is required within scope as needed by the facility.
  • Scrub color: Navy Blue.

Additional Notes

  • Parking is free and first come, first serve.
  • RTO limits apply: 5 days max, no more than 2 consecutive; no holiday RTO; no RTO the day before or after a holiday; no weekend RTO.
