Overview

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Shift: Day shift, 5x8 hours, Monday–Friday
Contract length: 13 weeks
Setting: Acute care hospital
Unit type: Level 3 trauma center

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Oklahoma
Wound Care (2 years of experience)
Wound Care experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Cardiac assessment skills with self-rating of 3 or above

Preferred Qualifications

Wound certification preferred
Basic dysrhythmia training preferred
Cardiac self-rating of 3 or above preferred

Additional Requirements

May float within scope to meet facility needs
Local candidates accepted
No pending license accepted
No on-call requirement
Must comply with holiday RTO restrictions
Must commit to lab onboarding within 48–72 hours of signing

Health and Compliance Requirements

Physical exam within 1 year of start
Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella documentation required
Drug screen required within 30 days of start
Flu vaccination or approved exemption required during flu season
Badge photo required before start
Signed job description, confidentiality agreement, code of conduct acknowledgement, and marketing consent form required before start
Oracle modules and WorkRamp modules required before start
