  • Schedule: 5x8 day shifts within 7:00 AM–7:00 PM

  • Background check
  • EPLS/GSA/SAM screening
  • HHS/OIG screening
  • Primary source license verification
  • Competency exam
  • Skills checklist
  • 2 professional references within 3 years of hire
  • Physical exam within 12 months of start
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray within required timeframe
  • Drug screen within 12 months of start
  • Immunization/documentation requirements for measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella
