Location

Schedule

  • Night shift
  • 3x12s
  • Every other weekend
  • Holidays as needed
  • Float required if needed
  • Travelers may float across all facilities in the health system

Contract Length

  • 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in North Carolina
  • Med Surg / Telemetry (2 years of experience)
  • Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
  • BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • NIHSS
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous charge RN experience

Additional Notes

  • First-time travelers are accepted
  • The unit is posted as MS/Tele because of the EKG requirement and tele-capable unit, but the patient population is primarily medical-surgical
  • Primary patient population includes medical-surgical, observation, respiratory, palliative, hospice, psychiatric observation, diabetes, and surgical patients
