Cath Lab Tech - Travel/Contract

Location: Sun City, Arizona
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift, 4x10 hours (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Hours per Week: 40 hours

Job Summary

Perform technical procedures in the Cardiac Cath Lab, focusing on Electrophysiology (EP) Study and Radiofrequency (RF) Ablation cases. Responsibilities include:

High Tech Scrub and Mobile C-Arm operation
Imaging and assisting with cardiovascular arterial and venous studies such as vascular angiography, angioplasty, arteriography, electrophysiology, hemodynamic measurements, and PPM/AICD insertion and replacements
Working under direction of Cath Lab leadership

Required Certifications and Licenses

ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
BLS (Basic Life Support)
Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES)

Requirements/Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist
Recent Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
Experience as an Electrophysiology Technician
Current ACLS certification
Current BLS certification
RCIS or RCES certification

Specialty and Experience

Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology with focus on cardiac cath lab procedures
Prior travel experience: Not required

Additional Information

Locals are welcome to apply at the same rate as travelers
