Job Summary

Seeking a Registered Nurse for an Operating Room setting. This is a travel/contract position requiring compliance with various credentialing, certification, and health requirements prior to and during the assignment.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio
• Minimum 1 year of Operating Room (OR) experience, with OR experience within the last year
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Additional Information

• Candidates must carry a government-issued photo ID during assignment.
• Onboarding includes completion of mandatory online training modules prior to start.
• Fingerprinting must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing; candidates may start with results pending but must complete before extension.
• Physical exam and eye exam do not need to be updated annually if currently on assignment without a break; gaps longer than 30 days require updated exams.
• Flu vaccine documentation must be submitted by November 30th for current candidates; no declinations accepted. Medical/religious exemptions require agency approval.
• Candidates with latex allergies must notify to ensure appropriate supplies are available.
• Pass/fail testing for medication and ECG is required at orientation for all bedside RNs except OR.
• Candidates must complete all required immunizations or provide approved exemptions.
