Job Opportunity: Case Manager (Registered Nurse)

Location: Medford, Oregon
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

Shift: Day shift, 5 days a week, 8 hours per day (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Float: Position may float between units
Weekends: Required as needed based on census, staffing, and PTO
On-call: Not required
Block schedules: Not required
Patient Ratio: Approximately 1:16
Facility Type: Short Term Acute Care
Total Beds: 108
Charting System: Epic
Scrub Color: Business casual for Case Manager role

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oregon
Minimum 1 year of Case Management experience, including experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
