Job Opportunity: Case Manager (Registered Nurse)

Location: Medford, Oregon
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks


Job Details

  • Shift: Day shift, 5 days a week, 8 hours per day (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
  • Float: Position may float between units
  • Weekends: Required as needed based on census, staffing, and PTO
  • On-call: Not required
  • Block schedules: Not required
  • Patient Ratio: Approximately 1:16
  • Facility Type: Short Term Acute Care
  • Total Beds: 108
  • Charting System: Epic
  • Scrub Color: Business casual for Case Manager role
  • Parking: No fee

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oregon
  • Minimum 1 year of Case Management experience, including experience within the last year
  • Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
