Job Description
- Provide advanced nursing care in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) with a focus on cardiovascular pathophysiology.
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Maintain a therapeutic environment for patients and families.
- Utilize equipment, supplies, and nursing resources efficiently.
- Ensure continuity of patient care and effective communication among staff.
- Meet all documentation and billing requirements.
- Demonstrate professionalism, collaboration, and adherence to hospital and regulatory policies, including Radiation Safety protocols.
- Participate in continuing education, research, quality improvement, and departmental initiatives.

Required Specialty & Experience

- References: Two recent references required, at least one supervisor or above.
- Skills Checklist: Required for submission.
- Assignment Confirmation Form: Required for onboarding and assignment extensions.
- Respirator Medical Clearance Attestation: Required if fit test is required.
- Education Verification: Highest level of education must be verified.
Preferred (Optional) Credentials
- Hepatitis B vaccination or proof of immunity (strongly preferred).
- Tdap vaccination within 10 years (preferred).
- Positive PPD with negative chest X-ray documentation if applicable.
