Overview

Role: CVOR RN
Location: Austin, Texas
Employment type: LTA
Shift: 07:00 - 19:30
Contract length: 13 weeks
Schedule: 3 shifts per week, Saturday/Sunday and one weekday (Monday or Tuesday based on department need)
Coverage note: Primarily weekend coverage; call participation is voluntary

Unit / Service Line

CVOR service line includes cardiac, thoracic, and vascular procedures
Service line is comprised of 4-6 ORs, including an endovascular suite
Capacity for four concurrent procedures requiring cardiopulmonary bypass

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Texas
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
CVOR (3 years of experience)
CVOR experience within the last year
Experience in a hospital setting
Two or more completed travel assignments
BLS issued by American Heart Association
