Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Wisconsin
ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
2 or more completed travel assignments
BLS issued by American Heart Association
PALS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS
TNCC
MOAB
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License

Clinical/Onboarding Requirements

EPIC familiarity
May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed
Specialty exam, core competencies, EKG exam, skills checklist, and education attestation required during onboarding
Color vision, fit test, health statement, MMR, hepatitis B, varicella, Tdap, TB screening, drug screen, background check, EPLS, employment verification, education verification, and confirmation of assignment required during onboarding
