Job Opportunity: Echo Technician

Location: Muskegon, Michigan
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 12 weeks


Work Schedule

  • Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • No weekends, no call, no holidays

Required Experience & Skills

  • Specialty: Echo Technician
  • RDCS certification preferred
  • Experience with BLS and Epic, Cpacs preferred

Required Credentials & Certifications

  • BLS (American Heart Association certification required for all direct patient care personnel)
  • Hepatitis B vaccination series (proof required; titers not accepted)
  • COVID-19 vaccine with September 2025 booster or approved exemption (declination not accepted for CA or IL)
  • Influenza vaccine for current flu season or approved exemption (declination not accepted for CA or IL)
  • MMR vaccination or immunity proof
  • Varicella vaccination or immunity proof
  • Tdap vaccine (declinations accepted if no pediatric interaction)
  • Fit Test (specific to Iowa)
  • 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) with chest x-ray if positive (within last year for MI)
  • Physical/Health Statement (fit to work exam within last year)
  • 9 or 10 Panel Drug Screen (completed within 30 days of start, no THC)
  • License/Certificate Verification (must be current and verified within 30 days of start)

Required Professional Documentation

  • Resume and Skills Checklist (within the last year)
  • Two professional references
  • Trinity Profile submission
  • Trinity Confidentiality of Patient & Proprietary Information and System Security Agreement
  • Trinity Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form
  • Criminal Background Check (Federal, Nationwide, County for last 7 years, including SSN verification)
  • Education Verification (highest level of academic education verified)
  • EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check
  • GSA/OIG exclusion check
  • Integrity and Audit Services Form
  • Joint Commission Testing (CORE Exam within a year)
  • NSO (National Sex Offender) check including statewide for MI
  • System Access Form (completed and uploaded one week before start)
  • Code of Conduct Form
  • I9 verification (completed by agency)
  • Specialty Specific Competency Testing (completed within a year)
  • Color Vision test

  • Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position.
