Job Opportunity: CT Technologist (Travel)

Location: Athens, Georgia
Contract Length: 12 weeks

Schedule

Monday to Thursday, 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Required Qualifications

Must hold a valid ARRT-CT certification
American Heart Association BLS certification required
Must provide license/certification verification dated within 30 days of start
Fit Test required
Must complete a 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start (no THC)
COVID-19 vaccine proof (including Sept 2025 booster), or declination/exemption (declination not accepted in CA or IL)
Proof of MMR vaccination or immunity
Hepatitis B vaccination series required (titers not accepted)
Influenza vaccine or declination for the 2024-2025 season (declination not accepted in CA or IL)
2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) test required
Varicella vaccination or immunity proof
Physical/Health Statement certifying fitness to work within the last year

Additional Onboarding Requirements

Signed Trinity Code of Conduct Form
Trinity I9 form completion
Confidentiality and Information System Security Agreement signed
Integrity and Audit Services Form signed prior to start
Respirator Evaluation with physician signature (if applicable)
Criminal background check (Federal, Nationwide, County) within last 7 years, including SSN verification, dated within 30 days of start
Education verification (highest level of academic education)
EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check within 30 days
GSA/OIG exclusion check within 30 days
Joint Commission CORE Exam within the last year
NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days of start
System Access Form completed one week before start
Skills Checklist to be completed within 30 days of start (provided by agency)
OFAC sanctions search within 30 days of start
