Registered Nurse (RN) - CVOR

Location: Wenatchee, Washington
Employment Type: Long Term
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day/Evening, 4 shifts of 10 hours each (06:30 AM - 05:00 PM), 40 hours per week
On-Call: Yes

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Washington
• Minimum of 1 year of CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) experience within the last year
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide high-quality, compassionate patient care using the nursing process and unit standards
• Develop, implement, and reassess individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and perform nursing procedures and treatments
• Continuously evaluate discharge plans for appropriateness and patient education needs
• Accurately document care, assessments, interventions, and patient responses
• Collect patient information to ensure safe, high-quality care
• Perform holistic ongoing assessments and respond appropriately to patient status changes
• Address physical, psychological, social, and rehabilitative patient needs
• Educate patients, families, and significant others with timely health information and written materials
• Maintain current knowledge of workflows, processes, and evidence-based procedures
• Delegate tasks appropriately and supervise non-licensed assistive personnel
• Participate in performance evaluation and improvement processes
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team
• Maintain a clean and safe environment according to hospital and unit policies
