Job Opportunity: RN - Labor & Delivery (L&D)

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Employment Type: Long Term
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Provide nursing care to assigned patients under the direction of a licensed physician.
Utilize nursing principles, theories, and current methods to deliver individualized patient care.
Collaborate with patients, families, healthcare team members, and peers.
Direct nursing support staff in accordance with nursing practice standards and facility policies.
May require additional professional education, training, or certifications specific to L&D specialty.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (required)
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Labor & Delivery specialty (preferred but strongly recommended)
Licenses:
- Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) License (required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (required)
- Multi-State Compact RN License (required)
