CVOR Surg Tech (Open Heart) - Day Shift

Location: Zanesville, Ohio
Employment Type: Contract (13 weeks)
Shift: Day shift, 40 hours/week
- Four 10-hour days or five 8-hour shifts (6a-2:30p), per the traveler's preference

Required Qualifications

CVOR Technologist (2 years of experience)
CVOR Technologist experience within the last year
BLS
Knowledge of central processing
Surgical Technologist experience

Role Details

Floats to assist in General Surgery when CVOR volumes are low
Takes at least 2-3 days of call per week, depending on staffing levels
- Weekend call starts at the end of the Friday shift and runs through Monday at 7a
- Possible holiday call rotation, depending on how holidays fall during the assignment
The facility may cancel up to 36 hours per 13-week contract. These hours are not limited to 12-hour shifts and will be marked on the facility time report.
