Overview

Contract RN Emergency Department role in Grand Forks, North Dakota
13-week assignment
3x12 night shifts; typically 5p-5a
Every other weekend
Open to blocked scheduling for weekends only (Fri-Sun)

Required Qualifications

Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Valid RN license in North Dakota
ED - Emergency Department (1 year of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
BLS
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
PALS issued by American Heart Association
NIHSS

Preferred Qualifications

ENPC, upon qualification into course

Role Details

Provides direct nursing care in the Emergency Department
Coordinates patient care within the interdisciplinary care team
Provides patient education to support safe discharge
Performs discharge planning, documentation, and incident reporting
May delegate nursing interventions within scope of practice
