Physical Therapist - Contract Position

Location: Meeker, Colorado
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Provide physical therapy services primarily during day shifts.
• Typical schedule: Monday through Friday, either 5 eight-hour shifts or 4 ten-hour shifts.
• Occasional Saturday shifts may be required if there is orthopedic surgery on Friday.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Colorado
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• BLS certification

Additional Requirements

• Traveler’s permanent address must be at least 65 miles away from the facility (radius rule). Local candidates will not be considered.
• Agency timecards are acceptable for timekeeping.
