Overview

• Contract role in Fairfield, Iowa
• Full-time nights
• 36 hours per week
• 12-hour shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
• Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Valid RN license in Iowa
• Med Surg (1 year of experience)
• Med Surg experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association

Pre-Start Requirements

• Resume
• Two recent employment references
• Verification of licensure or certification with expiration date and any disciplinary actions within 30 days of start date
• Copy of both sides of BLS and ACLS cards
• Immunization and health documentation, including required vaccines/titers, TB screening, physical, drug screen, respiratory fit test, and background checks
• Iowa Mandatory Reporter certificates for child abuse and dependent adult abuse
• Completion of required education modules before start
