Vascular Sonographer

Overview

Vascular Ultrasound tech
Location: Concord, New Hampshire
Shift: 7-5:30pm with Wednesdays off
Rotating call approximately every 4th or 5th weekend from 8am-2pm
Mostly adult patients; very rare pediatrics
Small lab with 3 full time sonographers and 2 per diem sonographers
Mostly outpatient exams with some inpatient exams
Rarely portable
Generous scan times
May be requested to float to Concord Hospital-Laconia or Concord Hospital-Franklin

Required Qualifications

Valid Vascular Sonographer license in New Hampshire
Vascular Sonographer (2 years of experience)
Vascular Sonographer experience within the last year
BLS
Registered Vascular Sonographer (CCI) or Registered Vascular Tech (ARDMS)
Experience in an Acute Care setting

Preferred Qualifications

Cerner experience

Additional Notes

Local candidates accepted if within 50 miles
First-time travelers accepted if they have 2+ years in a dedicated Vascular Lab
Tentative approval may be possible with same-unit experience within the last 9 months if competencies are strong
