Occupational Therapist (OT) - Travel Position

Location: Nashville, Tennessee
Contract Length: 12 weeks
Employment Type: Travel

Job Summary

Provide inpatient acute rehabilitation therapy in a 40-bed adult/geriatric rehabilitation hospital.
Treat patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.
Deliver customized, intense rehabilitation tailored to individual patient needs.
Typical schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shifts, with 1-2 weekend shifts per month.
Patient ratio approximately 6:1.

Required Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapist license in Tennessee.
Minimum 1 year of Occupational Therapist experience within the last year.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
Experience working with adult or geriatric patients.
Experience in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.

Work Environment & Expectations

Day shift with 32 guaranteed hours per week.
No call or float requirements.
Patient population primarily adult and geriatric.
Flexible and dependable personality fit preferred.
