Occupational Therapist (OT) - Travel Assignment

Location: Louisville, Kentucky
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, day shifts
Hours per Week: 30-40 hours (typically 32 hours/week)
Facility Setting: Inpatient acute rehab
Number of Beds: 20

Job Description

• Open position due to vacancy
• Standard assignment duration is 13 weeks
• No floating to other units required
• Electronic Medical Record system used: Meditech
• Dress code: Royal blue scrubs
• Parking available at Baxter Street parking deck

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Kentucky
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Occupational Therapy experience within the last year
• Willingness to start ASAP
• Pending state licenses will not be considered
• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required
