Location

Madison, Wisconsin

Job Type

Travel, 13 weeks, 36 hours/week

Schedule

12-hour shifts: 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Every other weekend
Holiday rotations
Call required

Required Qualifications

Valid LPN / LVN license in Wisconsin
Skilled Nursing (2 years of experience)
Skilled Nursing experience within the last year
BLS
Experience in a(n) Inpatient setting
Med Surg experience
Experience with Epic

Preferred Experience

Med Surg or inpatient rehabilitation experience related to patient acuity

Unit Details

Inpatient rehabilitation setting
Adult patients with high-acuity rehabilitation needs
Patient ratio: 1:7
May be required to float to a satellite IRF facility within 20 minutes in the near future

Additional Notes

High-acuity unit that functions similarly to a medical-surgical unit
Nurses are expected to assist CNAs and answer call lights for patient safety
