Job Overview

Travel assignment in Indianapolis, Indiana
Specialty: General, Procedural, Cardiac
Shift: Tuesday–Friday, 8:30 PM–7:00 AM
Guaranteed hours: 36 per week
Call required on nights and weekends, typically about 2 times per month
Setting includes outpatient, inpatient, and ED patients

Required Qualifications

Valid CT Technologist license in Indiana
CT Technologist (2 years of experience)
CT Technologist experience within the last year
BLS
ARRT (CT)

Role Responsibilities

Operate computerized x-ray equipment to produce cross-sectional images
Assist radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals in diagnosis
Assist in training students and technologists
Perform injection procedures
Maintain timeliness, accuracy, proficiency, efficiency, and safety
Work closely with patients to explain procedures and help them feel comfortable

Work Environment

Equipment used: Siemens and Philips
EMR: EPIC

Dress Code

Charcoal grey scrub top and bottom
Non-porous shoes
Solid-colored undershirts in black, white, or grey
Grey scrub jackets
