Staffing:
- Day Shift: 1 Coordinator, 1 PFT, 1 NICU RT, 1 Charge RT, 8-12 RTs
- Night Shift: 1 Charge RT, 1 NICU RT, 6-9 RTs
Patient Ratios: Not specified
Equipment Used: Servo I Ventilator, V60 Bipap, Airvo, Hillrom vest
EMR System: Not specified

Required Skills and Experience

Years of Experience: Minimum 1 year in respiratory therapy specialty
Required Skills:
- ICU skills
- Pediatric skills
Preferred Skills:
- NICU experience
- PICU experience
Typical Procedures:
- Nebulizer treatments
- Bipap management
- Ventilator management and weaning parameters
- Incentive spirometry (IS)
- Chest physiotherapy (CPT)

Certifications and Licenses

CRT or RRT certification required
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
BLS (Basic Life Support)
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
Valid Respiratory Therapist (RT) License/Certification

Work Schedule and Environment

Shift: 6 PM to 6 AM (Night Shift)
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
On Call: No on-call required
Dress Code: Gray scrubs
Floating: All patient care areas
