• Number of Beds: 437
• Staffing:

  • Total Staff: ~60
  • Day Shift: Director, Manager, Supervisor, 8-10 RRTs
  • Night Shift: Supervisor, 8-10 RRTs
• Patient Ratios: Approximately 44-46 procedures per shift
• Equipment Used: Servo I ventilators, nebulizer, Hamilton, V60, Astral CPAP & BIPAP machines, ABGs, CPT
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Meditech

Required Qualifications

• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS
• Licenses: Respiratory Therapist (RT) License/Certification
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of current acute care hospital RRT experience (highest required)
• Prior Travel Experience: Not explicitly required

Preferred Qualifications

• Trauma experience
• Previous Meditech EMR experience (preferred by Director)

Typical Responsibilities

• Provide treatment, care, and evaluation for patients with respiratory insufficiencies such as asthma, pneumonia, and emphysema
