Job Opportunity: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech
Location: Conroe, Texas
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Unit Information
- Number of Beds: 4 Cath Labs plus 1 Hybrid Lab
- Number of Staff: 4 Cardiovascular Techs
- Shift: Day Shift, Monday-Friday 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
- After hours and weekend on-call required
- Equipment: Philips/GE Cath Labs
- Patient Ratios: Not applicable
- EMR: Not applicable
Required Qualifications
- Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Texas
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist, with experience within the last year
- Certified Radiology Technician with relevant experience
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
Typical Procedures Performed
- Cardiac Catheterization
- Electrophysiology
- Peripheral Angiography
Additional Information
- Team player personality preferred
- Scrubs provided as dress code
- Weekend and on-call availability required
This position is ideal for experienced Cath Lab Techs seeking a travel assignment with a well-equipped cardiac catheterization lab.
