Registered Nurse - Home Health

Location: St. Louis, Missouri
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide home health care, including skilled nursing visits to patients in their homes. The role requires expertise in complex wound vacuum-assisted closure (wound vac) care.

Schedule

Shift: Days (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Hours: Approximately 36 hours per week
Weekend: One weekend per month
Call: As required by the facility
Must be able to float as needed (non-negotiable)

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Missouri
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Minimum 1 year of home health nursing experience, with experience within the last year
Experience working with adult patients in a home health setting
BLS certification
Competency in complex wound vac care, including care for wounds with bone exposure, grafts, tunneling, and undermining
Experience with OASIS documentation

Skills & Experience

Home health adult nursing experience
Skilled in complex wound vac management
Oasis documentation experience preferred

Additional Information

Dress code: Black scrubs
Work involves visiting patients in their homes and providing skilled nursing care
