Job Opportunity: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech

Location: Miami, Florida

Unit Information

Unit: Cardiac Cath Lab
Number of Beds: 33
Number of Staff: 23
Shift: Day shift only (1:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 5 days a week)
On-call: During the week and every other weekend
Patient Ratio: 3:1
Equipment Used: MacLab, GE, Philips
Documentation System: Meditech
Call Requirements: Evenings and weekends

Typical Procedures

Cardiac catheterization
Interventional coronary cases
Structural heart procedures
Peripheral interventions
Electrophysiology (EP)

Requirements

Certifications: ACLS, BLS, Cath Lab Tech Certification
Experience: CVT’s, Radiology Tech
Must be a team player, critical thinker, and compassionate
Ability to function well independently in a fast-paced environment
