Patient Care Expectations
- Patient Experience Requirements:
- Strong communication and patient experience skills are essential.
- Nurses are expected to know patients' preferred names and establish a personal connection.
- Focus on trust and teamwork in patient care.
Certifications Required
- Must Have:
- TNCC (Trauma Nurse)
- ACLS
- PALS
- BLS
Dress Code
- Required Uniform: Navy blue scrubs
