• Patient Ratios: Standard of 4:1, increases with surge and volume

• Type of Equipment: Baxter pumps, GE monitors in rooms
• Documentation System: MediTech
• Floating Policy: Travelers are not floated

Patient Care Expectations

• Patient Experience Requirements:

  • Strong communication and patient experience skills are essential.
  • Nurses are expected to know patients' preferred names and establish a personal connection.
  • Focus on trust and teamwork in patient care.

Certifications Required

• Must Have:

  • TNCC (Trauma Nurse)
  • ACLS
  • PALS
  • BLS

Dress Code

• Required Uniform: Navy blue scrubs
