Number of Beds: 26
Staffing:
- Day Shift: 1 Charge Nurse (CNC), 14 Nurses, 2-3 Surgical Technologists, 2 Unit Clerks
- Night Shift: 1 Charge Nurse (CNC), 12 Nurses, 2 Surgical Technologists, 1 Unit Clerk
Patient Ratios:
- 1:1 for high-risk labor and C-sections
- 1:2 for antepartum, PPROM, PTL on magnesium
- 1:3 for postpartum magnesium without baby, Outpatients
Equipment Used: Alaris pumps, PCA pumps, Monica Novii telemetry, CPN (GE) monitor
EMR Systems: CPN Gold, Meditech

Hiring Profile

Required Skills

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Labor and Delivery
Skills: Ability to circulate C-sections

Preferred Skills

More than 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
Experience with high-risk labor and delivery
