Job Opportunity: Technologist - X-Ray (Night Shift)

Location: Waterloo, Iowa
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Work setting includes outpatient, inpatient, emergency room (ER), and surgery departments.
Average scans per day: 100-120.
Equipment used: Siemens (x-ray rooms and portable units) and GE C-arm in surgery.
Responsibilities include performing X-Ray imaging and transporting ER patients and outpatients.
Work hours: 36-40 hours per week, with overtime applicable after 40 hours.

Required Qualifications

Valid Radiology Technologist license in Iowa
Minimum of 2 years of Radiology Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification
Experience working in outpatient, inpatient, emergency room (ER), and surgery settings
Experience as an X-Ray Technician
Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) system

Additional Information

New travel technologists are welcome to apply.
Orientation scheduled prior to assignment start.
Professional references from supervisors or clinical leadership within the last 24 months are preferred.

Notes

Night shift position.
Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
