Job Opportunity: Certified Surgical Tech (CST) - Operating Room (OR)

Location: Bettendorf, Iowa
Employment Type: Temporary Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Provide professional and clinical knowledge and skills as part of an interdisciplinary team in patient care and management.
• May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
• Work schedule: 36-40 hours per week, with overtime billable after 40 hours.
• Orientation sessions available on scheduled dates throughout the year.
• Electronic Medical Record system used: EPIC.

Requirements

• Specialty: Certified Surgical Tech (CST)
• Years of Experience: Minimum 1 year experience as a CST required.
• Certifications:

  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) required
  • Iowa State License required
• Additional Requirements:

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Work history/resume
  • Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
  • License verification
  • Copy of required certifications
  • One supervisory reference required at time of submission
• Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility.
