Job Summary

The Registered Staff Nurse (RN) provides holistic nursing care across the lifespan, including neonates, infants, children, young adults, adults, and older adults. Responsibilities include assessment, nursing diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN develops and revises the patient’s plan of care, coordinates care among disciplines, delegates activities appropriately, and participates in shared accountability and decision-making for nursing practices. The role emphasizes independent, collaborative, and delegated nursing functions specific to the assigned service area.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota
• Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience, including experience within the last year
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Previous travel or per diem nursing experience
