Required Qualifications

• Active BLS certification
• 2 years of prior experience in a large, urban hospital
• EPIC charting experience
• Must not be a first-time traveler unless the candidate has 2 years of experience at a Level I Academic Medical Center
• Must be willing to float frequently within scope, including to the sister campus if needed
• Must be more than 100 miles from the facility

Preferred Qualifications

• ACLS

Assignment Details

• Travelers are assigned to a unit after confirmation based on experience
• Possible units include medical-surgical, telemetry, stepdown, cardiac, neuro, trauma, oncology, observation, and progressive care areas
• Drips are required on all floors
• Travelers are first to float
• May be assigned to the sister campus, which is 16 minutes away

Scheduling Requirements

• Weekend requirement: 4 weekend shifts in each 4-week period
• Must work 2 of 3 major holidays
• Up to 2 weeks of requested time off is permitted and must be submitted with the application

Additional Notes

• Pending license is accepted; if the license is not in hand at submission, the start date will be booked 6 weeks out
• Scrubs are required: Steele gray with the logo on the back
• Facility is nicotine-free
