Job Overview

Required Qualifications
- Medical Lab Technician experience within the last year
- 2 years of Medical Lab Technician experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a chemical or biological field
- Histology Technologist experience
- Experience with Epic
Preferred Qualifications
- CEMT
- Experience in a hospital-based pathology laboratory
- Experience with renal pathology, neuropathology, or diagnostic electron microscopy
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare tissue specimens for electron microscopy
- Operate and maintain TEM and/or SEM equipment
- Capture, process, and archive diagnostic images
- Perform routine quality control, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate with pathologists, physicians, and laboratory personnel
- Follow safety, infection prevention, and quality assurance policies
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of laboratory supplies
