Day shift
36 hours per week
Every other weekend required
Blocked scheduling cannot be accommodated

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Kentucky
Behavioral Health experience with 2 years of experience
Behavioral Health experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
CPI - Crisis Prevention Institute
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License
Float required within scope of practice
Flu vaccine required; declinations not accepted
Must reside at least 75 miles from the facility
Valid driver’s license and ARH cover sheet must be included in submission packets, and the address on both must match
Assignment confirmation must be signed within 24 hours of offer
2 references within 1 year of start date; one may be a Charge RN, but the second must be from a supervisor or higher
7-year work history verification
Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam
Competency Exam within 1 year prior to start date

Orientation Safety Manual Acknowledgement
NURSYS verification
State License 1 Verification
Physical exam or physician note/statement within 1 year prior to start, signed by an MD, DO, PA, or NP, stating clear to work and free of restrictions
