Job Overview

  • Travel/Contract role in Columbia, Missouri
  • Day shift: 4x10 hours, Monday–Friday, with a rotating day off
  • 40 hours per week
  • Contract length: 13 weeks

Role Details

  • Technologist must be proficient at supporting Neuro and Body Interventional Radiology procedures using single and biplane radiography units
  • Call required: 1 weekend per month and 1–2 days per week
  • 2 techs are on call each shift, with a primary and secondary
  • First-time travelers are accepted
  • No locals within 50 miles

Required Qualifications

  • Interventional Radiology Technologist (1 year of experience)
  • Interventional Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
  • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Experience working with Neuro patients
  • MO state license, as required
  • Photo ID card
  • Proof of E-Verify or attestation
  • 7-year background check
  • EPLS/GSA/SAM check
  • HHS/OIG check
  • MO EDL search results
  • MO FCSR or MO Caregiver search on file within 60 days of start
  • Negative 7-panel drug screen within 60 days of start
  • Skills checklist
  • 2 professional references within the last 2 years
  • Resume with at least 7 years of employment history, all gaps accounted for, and education details
  • Physical exam within 1 year of start
  • Negative TB test or chest x-ray
  • Tdap within 10 years of start
  • Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B documentation per source requirements
  • Fit test within 1 year of start
  • Flu vaccination or approved exemption during flu season
  • Access and confidentiality agreement
  • New hire packet
  • Certification of employment eligibility
  • NHP TB survey
  • Orientation safety manual acknowledgement
  • Employment application / missing information tracking
  • State license verification
  • NURSYS verification is required within 60 days of start
