Interventional Radiology

Overview

• Travel/contract assignment in Everett, Washington
• 13-week duration
• Day shift, 4x10 hours
• Start: ASAP
• Guaranteed hours: 70 per 2 weeks
• Call required: 5–7 days per month
• Weekend requirement: only for on-call
• Floating: not required between like units
• Locals accepted: no

Required Qualifications

• Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in Washington
• Interventional Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
• 2 years of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
• ARRT (R)
• Angiogram procedures experience
• Nephrogram procedures experience
• Venous access procedures experience

Schedule

• 40 hours per week

Clinical Setting

• Level II trauma center
• Interventional radiology procedures include cerebral angiography with intervention, stroke intervention, angiography with intervention of body parts except the heart, Y90, chemoembolization, cryoablation, venography with intervention, biopsies using fluoro/CT/ultrasound, venous access, gastrostomy, and drains
• General skills required: contrast
• IR/Angio/Special Procedures required skills: angiograms, nephogram, venous access
• Preferred experience: C-arm, biopsies, ablations, kyphoplasty

• First-time travelers accepted with at least 2 years of experience
• Scrub color: any except reddish orange
• Parking is facility paid
